Investment function follows form.

Ben Franklin taught us that investment function follows form. You have found a firm that has gained wisdom through years of knowledge and experience. We invest from your viewpoint efficiently with a bottom line approach.

Blending innovation and intelligence with confidence enable us to help you either reach or maintain financial independence.

Living well now and remaining financially independent are equally important. Now is the time to seek, update, or just look things over with my help. You have nothing to lose, you only have to gain with an initial or second opinion with an obligation only to yourself or your loved ones.

Tim Banks is President of Franklin City Investments. He started in the business in 1980 and is a registered general, municipal, and options principal of SII Investments, Inc. Tim worked a myriad of blue-collar jobs and served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1974. The GI bill and work launched a four-year degree in investment finance. After one year of accounting he entered the investment field and has never left. A student of Wall Street mentors and main street common sense, he firmly believes in a corporate and personal philosophy of "Do the right thing; do the smart thing." Tim holds the following FINRA registrations series 7 (General Securities), 4 (Options Principal), 24 (General Securities Principal), 53 (Municipal Securities Principal), 63 (Blue-sky Licenses), 66 (Investment Advisory Representative with SII) as well as health, life, disability, and long-term care insurance licenses.
